• Local Pickup:
  We encourage local buyers to pick up their puppies directly from us. This allows you to meet us in person, see the Parents Live and the care we provide, and ensure your puppy’s safe handover.
• Ground Transport:
  For nearby destinations, we offer ground transportation and cargo. Your puppy will travel in a vehicle with regular stops for food, water, and comfort breaks to ensure a stress-free journey.
• International and Domestic Air Shipping:
  For longer distances, we use airline-approved pet cargo services to deliver puppies both domestically and internationally. Puppies travel in climate-controlled cargo areas, and we only work with airlines known for their excellent animal care standards. They will be provided with comfortable, airline-approved travel crates and all necessary health documentation.

Shipping Costs

• Local Pickup: Free of charge.
• Ground Transport: Charges are based on the destination. A clear cost estimate will be provided during the reservation process.
• Airline Shipping: Fees vary depending on the destination and include the cost of a travel crate, veterinary health certificates, and other required documentation.

Shipping Timeline
Puppies are ready for pickup or shipping between 8 to 12 weeks of age, depending on their health and readiness for travel. Once your puppy is ready, we will coordinate the most convenient shipping date with you and provide all relevant details, including tracking information, to keep you updated on the journey.

Shipping Preparations
Health Examination: Before shipping, all puppies are thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian to ensure they are fit for travel.
Documentation: You will receive all necessary health records, including vaccination and deworming details, as well as a health certificate.
Comfort and Safety: Puppies are shipped in spacious, secure crates equipped with a familiar blanket or toy to help them stay calm and comfortable during transit.

Delivery Confirmation
We keep you informed throughout the shipping process. You will receive updates on your puppy’s travel status and an estimated time of arrival. Upon delivery, you or an authorized representative must be present to receive your puppy and ensure their well-being.

Special Considerations
Weather Conditions: To ensure your puppy’s safety, we do not ship during extreme weather conditions. If temperatures are too hot or too cold, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.
